Salary: $20.11 per hour plus benefits/Range 20
Additional salary credit may be given for internal transfers and
recent Greeley-Evans School District 6 rehires, up to $32.24 per
hour plus benefits
Contract Length/ Days: Temporary position, ends 5/24/2024

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective: Work with identified students who are at-risk
for dropping out. Work with parents, school staff, and community
agencies to provide behavioral supports for students. Collect and
monitor student data. Provide an enriched atmosphere where students
learn subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to their
development as mature, able, and responsible members of society.
Facilitate learning and guide students toward the fulfillment of
their potential for intellectual, emotional, and psychological
growth and maturation. Responsible to the building principal.
Essential Functions:
Other Duties: Must be able to follow oral and written directions
and have the ability to establish effective working relationships
with staff and students. Visual, auditory and ambulatory ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Conflict
management skills. Strong organizational skills. Empathetic.
Positive relationship builder. Knowledge, skills, and abilities
sufficient to perform the function of the position as outlined.

Work Environment/ Physical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods
of time, numerous distractions, visual, auditory and ambulatory
acuity important. Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
