Financial AnalystPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Live Pork business unit. This role is located at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO.Responsibilities:Weekly and monthly P&L reportingAssist in annual budgeting, quarterly forecast and consolidation processProvide in-depth variance analysis of financial performance and production metrics (actual/budget/prior year)Management reporting that includes collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsLead preparation of monthly and quarterly management presentationsCreate informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunitiesFrequent Ad-hoc result-driven analysisOther duties as assignedQualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Finance required2-4 years of related experience preferredDetail oriented, analytical, and inquisitiveAbility to manage and coordinate multiple prioritiesStrong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlinesEffective communication skills across disciplinesProficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to travel up to 20%The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;Base salary range of $65,000-$75,000; andIncentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, JBS and Pilgrim s is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
