Great invoicing position for well known company in Northern Colorado

Job Description:

This Accounting position requires the ability to:-

- collect, analyze and post data from various reporting systems to prepare invoicing

- verify production, freight and tax pricing on all invoices (high volume)

- process credit memo requests

- analyze billing variances and client inquires, identify root cause of the discrepancy and own the resolution

- escalate potential servicing issues to management

- suggest solutions to management process improvement

- analyze and post data for monthly audits

- maintain customer records, contacts, billing terms, sales tax exemptions

- maintain and reconcile customer accounts as needed

required qualifications

- High proficiency in MS Excel, with experience of developing Pivot Tables

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field

- SAP (ERP) experience preferred

- Min. 2 years invoicing/billing experience required
