long term relationships with our customers! Traffic Safety
Services, Inc. is seeking a Striping Superintendent for their
Cheyenne, Wyoming location. The successful candidate will be a
dedicated team player with the ability to manage others. This
person will be able to direct their teammates in the successful
achievement of their project goals, while also interacting politely
and respectfully with the contractor, customers, etc. Establishing
a strong working relationship with administrative staff will be
essential. KEY RESPONSILBITIES: Schedule, supervise, and prioritize
to effectively utilize resources and to meet customer/client
project requirements. Lead, train, motivate, coach and counsel
employees to meet the expectations of their positions. Monitor
employee performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide customer/client satisfaction by applying cost effective
work practices to ensure job quality and reliability. Meet and
maintain key metrics by organizing daily/weekly/monthly duties for
all members of your team. Assure the timely completion of all
administrative processes, such as mandated annual reviews, expense
reports, etc. Maintain Field/Office Responsibilities; 80% in Field
and 20% in Office Ensure that safety, quality, training, employee
engagement, and retention are the prime focus of the business.
Protect the company's employees, customers, and assets against
losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work
practices in compliance with the Company's safety policies; help
develop safety awareness. Develop relationships with internal and
external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities.
Perform field and vehicle inspections, attend pre-bid meetings,
meet with clients and work in the field with the team as needed.
Monitor daily employee issues including payroll, timekeeping,
benefits, time off requests, customer issues, and training
requirements. Facilitate teambuilding efforts and regular
communications with team members. Engage and support the training
of new and current employees to reduce turnover, promote efficiency
and reduce labor costs. Other duties as assigned. Pay D.O.E.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Requires
one to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and
reach with hands and arms. Regularly exposed to outside weather
conditions, moving equipment and machinery parts, moving traffic,
fumes, and airborne particles. QUALIFICATIONS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Requires a High School Diploma or GED. Requires a valid class B
Commercial Driver's License. Prefer 4 years of Striping experience
including equipment operating. 2 years in a leadership role
required. Strong mechanical skills a plus. Must be able to and
enjoy connecting with field-level customers and contacts. Must take
the initiative to build work relationships with your team. Must
conduct yourself in a manner promoting a professional atmosphere by
being a team player, self-motivated, organized and having a
positive attitude. Must have good oral and/or written English
communication skills with co-workers, customers, contractors, and
engineers. Must have strong math skills. Work week varies -
overtime is required when needed. Job Type: Full-time 8 hour shift

be obtained from private and public sources and for investigative
consumer reports from personal interviews as noted above. The
Company may require you to complete a drug screening test and/or
physical on you in connection with your employment application.
Continental Screening Services will supply drug screening and
physical reports to the Company. You may request more information
about the nature and scope of an investigative consumer report, if
any, by contacting the Company.
