Summary: Responsible for the safe and successful completion of all public infrastructure labor tasks Qualifications: Experience 0-3 years of public infrastructure experience or related is preferred License or Certification Valid driver license issued by the state where employed preferred CDL license or willingness to train / earn a CDL is preferred Traffic control certification or able to obtain Essential Duties: Perform infrastructure maintenance tasks including, but not limited to weed mitigation, trash pickup, mowing, string trimming, striping, painting, thermoplastic road marking, sign repairs, proactive sign maintenance, crack sealing, asphalt repairs and seasonal snow maintenance Understand and implement job specifications for each site Complete daily paperwork timely and accurately Assess equipment operation issues and effectively communicate repair needs to shop personnel Encourage and maintain safe working conditions by promoting Company?s ?Culture of Safety?, including but not limited to reinforcing bi-weekly safety tailgate meetings and ensuring proper personal protective equipment usage Ensure adherence to company policies Total Rewards At Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
