Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing, along with the ability to work collaboratively with project managers and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare cost estimates. Gather and analyze data to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required for construction projects. Prepare detailed proposals and cost summaries for clients. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to refine project scopes and budgets. Monitor project expenditures and adjust estimates as needed during project execution. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and supply information. Participate in project meetings to provide updates on cost estimates and budget statuses. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required. Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and costs. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders.
