Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding financial products and services. Resolve issues and handle complaints to ensure client satisfaction. Provide detailed information and advice on financial products including retirement plans and brokerage accounts. Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client records. Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental goals. Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and policy changes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities High level of proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite Understanding of financial services and products Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k FINRA Series 7 & 63 certifications are a plus but not required Customer service certification (e.g., CCS) is beneficial
