LandOne Engineering offers engineering and design services for
public and private projects, specializing in site/civil, land
development and entitlement. We work hard to build successful
partnerships with clients to deliver high-value land development
The Project Engineer will complete the design and construction
documents for land development projects. The candidate will be
required to work under minimal supervision.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Preparing construction plans, site plans, utility plans, grading
plans, and exhibits
Using CADD software for the design and production of plans
Performing engineering calculations to support design
Preparing reports to support design
Communicating with team members, approval agencies, and clients
Assist with other duties as assigned.
The Project Engineer salary will be dependent on years of
experience and certification. The following table represents the
salary ranges based on experience and supervisory

We are offering a 10-15% of the salary as a signing bonus,
dependent on experience.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related
4+ years of similar experience, knowledge, skills, and
Has Professional Engineer License in The State of Colorado or able
to obtain within a year
Microsoft Office and Office 365, SharePoint, Bluebeam, AutoCAD,
General knowledge of State, County, and City permitting
General knowledge of plan requirements and details necessary for
construction plan submittals to approval agencies for permitting
Knowledge of disciplines involving site development such as
landscaping, structural, geotechnical, and architectural
Knowledge of land development and survey terminology
Willingness to take on additional tasks and develop
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks with
Must have a valid, active driver's license and ability to maintain
a good driving record.

Project Engineers will be responsible for coordinating the daily
duties of Associate Engineers and CAD Technicians. Project
Engineers will work directly with the Project Coordinator as well.
The level of Project Engineer Title (i.e. Project Engineer I-III)
is dependent on supervisory expectations. Project Engineer II will
have more supervisory expectations than Project Engineer I, and
Project Engineer III will have more supervisory expectations than
Project Engineer II.
7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hours vary and are dependent on business
40 Hour Work Week
Monday through Friday, hours may vary with the workload.

The work environment is the typical office environment. The

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects,
tools, or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk or
hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach
with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and
should do so in a sound and safe manner. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
