supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a
single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of
routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit,
geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage
is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning
to be human-capable.We are a team of collaborators, doers, and
problem-solvers who are relentlessly committed to a culture of
safety. This position will directly impact the history of space
exploration and will require your dedication and detailed attention
towards safe and repeatable space flight. Join us in lowering the

small, passionate team, you will work on launch vehicles, space
vehicles, and launch facility systems for New Glenn. This critical
role supports the NASA Launch Services Program customer. You will
provide leadership in identifying new business opportunities and
associated technical solutions, in addition to developing
compelling and compliant proposals that demonstrate how New Glenn
meets the needs of our critical NASA customer.To be successful in
this role, you will develop and maintain positive relationships
across the New Glenn program and our US government partner at NASA.
You must be proactive in planning sophisticated products across
many technical subject areas while also developing, delivering, and
communicating results in support of government solicitations. You
will be in charge of developing and ensuring adequate peer review
of all new business development content. Lastly, you must have the
resourcefulness and flexibility to perform at a high-level in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment and be an incredible team member!We

- Bachelors degree in engineering
- Proven experience with large-scale, development aerospace
program
- Experience with NASA civil science missions
- Experience with the proposal development process
- Solid understanding of project management and resource planning
practices
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Use excellent judgement and be comfortable making high-quality
and high-velocity decisions
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong track record of product ownership
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and
JIRA
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional
relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

$107,707.00-$150,789.45;WA applicants is
