Job Description Job Description Estimator About the Role: Seeking a Senior Estimator to lead pricing efforts for fast paced commercial construction projects. This role owns the estimate from initial review through final bid and supports preconstruction strategy, subcontractor buyout, and value engineering. Responsibilities: Prepare and validate detailed cost estimates for commercial projects Lead quantity takeoffs and scope development Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier bids Identify risk, pricing gaps, and value engineering options Support bid strategy, proposal reviews, and handoff to operations Maintain historical cost data and estimating standards Qualifications: 5 years of commercial construction estimating experience Strong understanding of trades, pricing, and construction means and methods Ability to read and interpret full drawing sets and specifications Proficiency in estimating software and Excel Detail oriented, deadline driven, and able to manage multiple bids - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
