Branch Manager Mechanical Insulation ATI Insulation, Inc. is an Insulation and Scaffolding Contractor. ATI, Inc. started in 2001 and now has multiple locations. Summary/Objective The Mechanical Insulation Branch Manager is responsible for the operations of the branch assigned. The Branch Manager has the primary management responsibility for sales and the production of the area projects. This will be accomplished by managing the field/shop production crews and office administrative assistant help. The Area Superintendents and or Foreman report directly to the Area Manager. The Branch Manager is ultimately responsible for all the functioning pieces and the financial success of the area. The Branch Manager is the communication bridge between the branch and executive management. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. + Manage, Review, Coach and develop the area work force. + Manage the overall production of area projects. + Supervise and coordinate multiple projects and employees. + Facilitate as the Project Manager on certain project. + Position does require office & field time. Out on the projects communicating with the work crews and customers. + Maintain Great client relations and collaborate efforts with the company sales representatives & PM teams. + Create Schedules: Project Milestone Schedules, Man Power Schedules, Invoicing Schedules, Training Schedules. + Efficiently collaborate with the Estimating Department/PM to ensure project budgets, quality and specifications are accomplished. + Produce, compile and submit documents to internal departments, such as Work Tickets, JSA, Work Permit, Production Reports and QA/QC Reports. + Comply with company Processes and Procedures. + Collaborate efficiently with other company departments. + Responsible for coordinating hiring, firing, mentoring, training and developing superintendent and foreman level positions. + Preparation and maintenance of reports necessary for the functions of the area. + Create and review performance data and reports. Monitor and measure area productivity. Responsibilities include hiring, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Work Environment The essential functions for this position include office, driving, and work site environments. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with a minimum of 50 hours per week (may require additional hours depending on the needs of the business). This schedule is subject to change at any time and without notice. Travel Travel is expected for this position. Area of Coverage is Eastern Colorado. But may require an overnight stay in Western Colorado or Wyoming. Required Education and Experience + Minimum 5 years' experience in Mechanical Insulation. + Minimum 5 years' Construction Management experience. + Competent comprehension of Plans & Drawings. + Bachelors of Science Degree. Preferably Construction Management or Equivalent work experience. Start Date: Immediate Wage: This is a Senior Management Level Salary position and is negotiable Depending on Qualifications.
