Job Description:

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Laboratory Management/Supervisor - The Director of Laboratory Services provides operational management for all areas of the laboratory to ensure superior proficiency in test results, analysis, quality control, performance improvement, and compliance with pertinent regulatory agencies. Receives or obtains specimens for analysis and applies techniques used in fields of bacteriology, parasitology, hematology, serology, chemical and morphological examinations and procedures and provides accurate, reliable, reproducible, and timely test results utilizing the best technology available to provide our physicians with the means to treat our patients, from newborn to elderly, in a manner consistent with quality healthcare.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years related experience and-or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous management experience or participation in management training program is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification as a Medical Technologist or in their specialty, under ASCP, NCA or equivalent
