We repair thousands of cars every year because of the dedicated, committed, and professionally trainedAuto Collision Manager Position Summary: The Auto Collision Parts Manger is responsible for coordinating the flow of parts (ordering, deliveries, returns, etc..) for the body shop. This position is responsible for assisting employees with locating the appropriate part, organizing parts inventory, handling ordering and returns. This position is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the organization's mission and values.Essential Duties and Major ResponsibilitiesMatches all parts for each RO in the shop.Assists techs/pre-op in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, as well as, handles selecting and ordering parts as necessary, including assisting outside sales representatives.Verify "will call" and "back-order" files weekly and return to vendors or stock those items not required.Regularly participates in physical inventories, as well as maintaining all parts-related document.Informs techs of availability of parts and updates of progress when not on time.Obtains complete and accurate customer and vehicle data.Properly and completely processes payments and all accompanying paperwork.Answers questions accurately and completely.Consults with technicians about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work.Do you have the necessary education and experience?High school degree or equivalentAutomotive trade or technical school preferred. 3-5 years collision repair parts experience required.What are the total Rewards?CULTURE!!!Hourly, Non- Exempt: $20-$28 hour DOECompetitive vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k) profit sharing, employer-paid life insurance, health, dental, vision, and pet insurance, and company discounts for full-time positions.PM21CVpnwSRtjn%6587825% %%sales%%
