Job Description:

Responsibilities:Enforce safety and sanitation regulationsDirect and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the operations of beef products, such as inspectors and meat cutters.Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.Confer with superintendents to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production goals.Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.Demonstrate equipment operations, work andsafety procedures to new employees or assign employees to experienced workers for training.Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievances.Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders and company policies and procedures for workers.Qualifications:7-10 years of experience in the beef industry and ability to communicate in English effectively both written and verbally.Knowledge of all aspects of operationsExcellent conflict resolution skillsManagement experience in meat packing industryComputer knowledge required.Excellent organizational skillsThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time off: sick leave, vacation and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): eligible after the 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting scheduleBase salary range of $101,601 - $137,162This position is eligible to participate in the Company s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;The company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
