Job Description:
Retail Pricing and Revenue Management AnalystThe Retail Pricing
and Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for running,
maintaining, and implementing Pricing & Revenue optimization tools,
analyses, and reporting in support of strategic goals for the
Prepared Foods business unit. This role is at the center of all
strategic development in Retail. Opportunities for career expansion

drive results.Responsible for driving meetings, discussions,
developing research processes and reporting, and tools to ensuring
best practices in pricing/revenue decisions, market S&D and
competitive insights research, facilitating optimal proactive and
reactive decisions.This position requires strong analytical skills
and business acumen. The role will be responsible for reviewing,
analyzing, modifying and or recommending pricing processes and
architecture. This individual will work cross functionally to
identify current pricing procedures, clarify, and execute pricing
objectives.A successful candidate must be able to take the
initiative, easily understand the business dynamics with respect to
macro market fundamentals, the big picture, their gaps and
opportunities, relate with the category manager and sales team,
providing recommendations in a timely matter backed by solid
fundamentals. Have the commitment to the end goal of achieving the
best results and to have strong analytical background so that he
can use it to drive decisions in a fact based environment. He/she
must be able to create, develop and maintain new tools to support
current routines, and have the strong drive to constantly improve.
Also must be organized to manage projects along with his
routines.This role will report to the Manager of Prepared Retail
and Foodservice pricing and support our sales
team.Responsibilities:Retail Pricing & Profitability Strategy,
Analysis & Insights: Set and maintain Pilgrims
Frozen everyday retail price recommendations for assigned
categories including current and new SKUs Monitor and react to cost
and competitive changes and pro-actively develop pricing
opportunities to drive retailer profitability. Analyze and
communicate sales and margin impact of retail pricing and/or cost
changes to stakeholders.Wholesale Pricing & Profitability Strategy,
Analysis & Insights:Conduct Ad-Hoc Analysis to Support Definition
and Refinement of Wholesale Pricing Strategy Partner with Merchants
to Analyze Pricing Simulations & Develop Recommendations Manage
Wholesale Competitive Strategy, Analysis & Insights Pricing
Maintenance Simplification, & Support Investigate / troubleshoot
and correct SKU purchase price and/or retailer cost issues;
including root cause analysis and process improvements to prevent
in future. Conduct periodic price gap analysis and competitive
analysis and update pricing guidelines as needed.Work
collaboratively with Category Management and Marketing teams to
ensure common understanding of the category strategy.Analyze
pricing of the assortment incorporating the category strategy and
present how it translates to an overall pricing strategy.Other
functions: Conduct periodic reviews of function performance and
delivery
develop and deliver stakeholder requested reports, identify trends
and continuous improvement opportunities.Communicate the progress
of pricing initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver quotations, analyses and responses accurately and on
time.Facilitate continuous improvement for all Retail pricing and
trade processes.Improve the marketing development fundImplement
tracking and analytics for key performance indicators of spend and
work in coordination with Manager and sales team to improve return
or realize pounds.Execute monthly and quarterly pricing and
promotion activities as needed, cross-functionally in coordination
with finance, customer service, category, and sales.Manage
on-boarding of enhanced TPM tools to more effectively control our
GTN spend, realize incremental pound opportunities, and profitably
improve our run-rate.Other duties as
assignedQualifications:Bachelor s Degree
business, planning, analytics, or finance preferred.3+ years
category or technical analyst experience in Foodservice/CPG
preferred.Retail industry/CPG application experience preferred;
IRI, Nielsen, Salesforce, etc.Excellent skills with Microsoft
Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to drive simple and
effective communication to all levels of the organization.Proven
ability to analyze data, develop insights, deliver recommendations
& drive results.Proficient communication skills, capable of
influencing cross-functional behavior.Ability to work within a
matrix organization as a proven collaborator and problem
solver.Travel up to 10% as needed for strategic sales support.Can
perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable

fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation
and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin
after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation,
and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after
the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $80,000-$110,000; andIncentive Pay: This
position is eligible to participate in the Company s annual bonus
plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard
terms and conditions of the incentive program;
