You will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality resident care. In collaboration with the Director of Wellness, you will manage care delivery, conduct resident assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and develop individualized care plans. This position includes supervising and training staff, coordinating care with physicians and external providers, and ensuring compliance with all state assisted living regulations.
