Job Description Job Description Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per
year Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader in residential
fence installation with over 100 locations Nationwide. The
Denver/Sheridan location is a locally family-owned franchise. We

member in this position is moving out of state and we are looking
for her replacement. If you like small business environments with
relevant people management and process management experience, this
may be a good fit for you. This position reports directly to the
Owner and will be responsible for all aspects of the internal
operations including, but not limited to customer
service,residential/commercial job direction and handling,
inventory purchasing/management and warehouse operations. If you
dont have experience in construction or home services, we can teach
you, but it is a plus. Attitude and willingness to learn and grow
are paramount. Core Responsibilities: Team Management: Directly
manage office and warehouse staff, currently 5 people. Handle
onboarding/training and performance feedback. Maintain a positive,
customer-centric, team-oriented culture. Purchasing & Vendor
Management: Purchase and source materials when necessary. Check
pricing and terms with vendors. Maintain existing vendor
relationships. Track inventory levels to balance inventory turns
with being in stock and working with management to leverage volume
buys. Process & Workflow Management: Create and improve internal
processes. Standardize workflows to maximize efficiency and
minimize errors. Ensure all processes are documented and followed.
Financial & Cost Control: Track operating expenses. Approve or
review purchases within budget. Identify cost saving opportunities.
Oversee payroll. Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate between
sales team, project manager and admin. Keep calendars, deadlines
and priorities aligned. Compliance & Administration: Ensure
policies, insurance licenses, certifications, and fleet maintenance
are current. Maintain internal records and documentation, support
safety and human resource functions. Problem Solving: Act as the
go-to person when challenges for installations arise. Make quick
and responsible operational decisions balancing customer service
and company policies. Handle customer escalations. Reporting to
Ownership: Provide regular updates on operations. Recommend
improvements or staffing changes. Convert daily issues into
actionable insights. Experience: Proven management experience with
a minimum of 3 years in a leadership/management role. Construction
or home services industry is a plus. Excellent communication,
leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire
teams and build relationships. Self-starter who is highly organized
with great attention to detail. Skilled at prioritization and
multitasking. Skilled in verbal and written communications
