Emergency Services Technician EMT Lead

Leads team members of an assigned area or function by demonstrating
and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities.
Work Schedule: Full Time Flex
Takes responsibility for, or provides guidance to team members on
the handling of complex or novel issues. Coordinates services and
ensures completion of all necessary paper work. Provides patient
care when necessary.
Provides mentoring, monitoring, coaching, and assistance in solving
complex problems. Serves as a positive role model for team members
by working with them to promote teamwork, cooperation and
exceptional customer service. Provides input on performance of

Division Chief/Managers. Champions initiatives or changes to ensure

- Driver's License
- Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Required Licensure/Certification: State license as EMT-B. BLS .
ACLS within 6 months of hire. Valid drivers license. Relevant life
support certification as determined at position level.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red
Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before
start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of
hire. All life support certification cards must be issued by either
the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for
the Professional Rescuer. (American Red Cross for the Professional
Rescuer is only good upon hire and all renewals will need to be
through an American Heart Association sanctioned course.)
The pay range for this position is: $19.67 - $25.57/ hour. Pay is
dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon
organizational and individual performance.
