  you will:Inpatient - Both Chronic & Acute Needs

  Provide
  hemodialysis therapies to patients with chronic renal failure.
  
  ------------------
  Adapt
  positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and unit
  effectiveness.
  
  ------------------
  Utilize
  the nursing process to plan and deliver quality nursing care to patients.
  
  ------------------
  Remain
  flexible in staffing patterns, shares equitably in meeting on-call
  /availability assignments, and actively seeks resolutions of staffing
  conflicts.
  • *EDUCATION:--Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.*
  • *EXPERIENCE:--Current Medical/surgical, ICU, CCU, or ER experience preferred. Dialysis nursing experience strongly preferred.*
  • *LICENSURE:-- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in State of Nebraska upon hire.*
  • *CERTIFICATIONS:-- American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers required upon hire.
