Flat Rate Minimum Requirements: - Graduate of nursing program: Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN. - State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). - Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. ACLS and PALS certification required within 6 months of hire. - Preferred: 1 year nursing experience.
