Notify the team immediately if the traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable. ? Start Date & RTO Start Date: Must align with or begin immediately after the order’s listed start date. RTO: Must be less than 7 days total. Must be listed on the cover page at submission. RTO during the first week or on holidays will not be approved. Facility & Location Preferences Clearly list all Banner facilities the traveler is open to working at. If open to any location, specify: “Any AZ,” “Any CO,” or “Any state,” etc. ? Shift & Department Preferences Include all shifts the traveler is willing to work (e.g., Days, Nights, Rotating). Check all departments the traveler is qualified for and open to (e.g., ICU, L&D, PCU, Med-Surg, ED, OR, etc.). ??
