Number of Staff Team of CM/SW to manage load Type of staff: Day Shift Friday-Monday 7:530 Day Shift Monday Friday 8-4:30 Night Shift - Patient Ratios SW: 1:40 RN: 1:20 Type of equipment mobile, computer EMR Meditech/Midas/Navihealth Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Behavioral Health experience with suicide risk and substance use assessments Discharge planning Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
