About this role: As a n Advanced Practice Provider in Primary Care, y ou will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patie nt experience . In this role you will : Have a 30 Hour Work week with Monday, Tuesday & Friday of each week being your set schedule. Your hours will be approximately 27 patient facing contact hours and 3 hours administrative time per week You will practice at Fort Lupton Walk-In C linic near Platte Valley Medical Center in Fort Lupton , Colorado No On-Call responsibilities Be e ligible for full-time benefit incentives , relocation if eligible, and a starting bonus ! What you'll bring: APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program 2 Years of Walk-In or Urgent Care Provider Experience Board C ertification or eligibility in Family Medicine / Primary Care (All Ages) Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health's credentialing process Ability to navigate productively in EPIC - our Electronic Health Record About us: Intermountain Health is a model health system by providing extraordinary care and superior service at an affordable cost.
