Gynecology - Physician at Advent Health - Rocky Mountain Region - AdventHealth Multi-State Division summary: This role is for a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join a busy complex gynecology practice at AdventHealth Medical Group in the Denver Metro area. The position involves performing laparoscopic, robotic, and vaginal surgeries, outpatient minor procedures, and outpatient gynecology visits, supported by an experienced clinical team in state-of-the-art facilities. The physician will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, engage in patient care, practice growth, and benefit from a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. AdventHealth Medical Group, Rocky Mountain Region is seeking a full-time Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon for its Complex Gynecology and Surgery clinics. Qualifications • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology • Fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery • Excellent communication and bedside manners • Team Player with patient-first mindset • Current, unrestricted full license to practice medicine in Colorado • Current Colorado DEA Licensure • Ability to work with and supervise one Advanced practice provider (APN or PA) • Willingness to continue to build the practice, and ability to engage in outpatient gynecology visits in conjunction with surgical consultations (i.e. colposcopies, annual examinations, IUD placements, fibroids, endometriosis, Mullerian anomalies) Physician Benefits • Base Salary of $377,383 • Long Term Incentive Plan Comprehensive benefits package including: • Medical, dental and vision coverage • 403b/457b contribution and match • PTO Plan • CME allowance up to $3,000 annually for single-boarded physicians • Sign-On/Relocation Assistance/Student Loan Repayment • Outreach opportunities • Reimbursement for costs of state licensure • Teaching and research opportunities Community Description: The Denver Metro area is one the healthiest and fastest growing areas in the country.
