Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Denver, CO Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,772 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit – Colorado Start Date: December 15, 2025 Location: Denver, Colorado Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3-night assignment with backfill coverage Highlights: 34-bed Transplant/Stepdown unit specializing in solid organ transplant care Patient ratio of 1:3–4 with strong support staff including charge nurse and PCTs Advanced equipment available including bladder scanners, virtual sitter cameras, Hoyer and Sara Stedy lifts, and mobile lab technology Meditech EMR system in use Collaborative environment with approximately 50 nursing staff members Experience with complex wound and drain care, including wound vacs, chest tubes, and JP drains Requirements: Active RN license in Colorado (or eligibility for compact licensure) Med/Surg/Telemetry experience required Demonstrated experience caring for patients on Heparin drips and PCA pumps Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience strongly preferred Solid organ transplant experience (kidney, liver, or pancreas) preferred BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity to work in a specialized transplant stepdown unit where you'll care for a diverse patient population requiring complex, high-acuity care.
