Ultrasound Tech Location: Brighton, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,345 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer Profession: Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer Specialty: - Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of experience, all general and vascular except for ABIs and segmental pressure. No echo or breast. License: ARDMS registry Certifications: BLS - American Heart Association Must-Have: Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team. Description: In this position, the Sonographer performs Ultrasound procedures to obtain desired imaging results according to physician specifications. This includes transferring patients for examinations and assisting with the Ultrasound examination process. Responsible for the appropriate operation of all Ultrasound Imaging and related equipment. Educates, positions, immobilizes, and performs Ultrasound procedures. Coordinates Ultrasound examinations to ensure timeliness, quality, and continuity of patient care. Understands and follows provider Imaging orders correctly. Submits required images and related clinical information for interpretation. Evaluates image quality appropriately. Maintains open, accurate, and responsive communication with patients, coworkers, and leadership. Utilizes, charges, and maintains department supplies appropriately. Practices sterile technique and follows infection prevention policies. Handles multiple tasks/projects and meets deadlines effectively. Safely performs Ultrasound procedures, including patient transfer. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Experience in understanding and using computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
