Job Description Table Mountain Veterinary/nClinic is looking for
a Full Time Managing Veterinarian for our busy 4 doctor/npractice!
4 day work week for full time/nDVMs, flexible scheduling including
regular 3 day weekends! Location: We are located in
beautiful/nGolden, Colorado, where the mountains meet the plains.
This beautiful/nsuburb of Denver offers outstanding outdoor
recreation with biking,/nhiking, skiing, camping and much more Our
Facility: /n - Digital/n radiology /n - Digital/n ultrasound
performed on request by a Board Certified Radiologist, with/n
telemedicine radiologist review of all radiographs /n - Digital/n
dental radiographs /n - Access/n to STAT rad review /n - Full in/n
house blood analyzers: IDEXX Procyte and Catalyst, I-Stat, Coag
Analyzer /n - In/n house urinalysis, fecals and cytology /n -
Board/n Certified Surgeon and Board Certified Cardiologist
available for consult/n and cases in house /n - Lead/n CSR and Lead
Technician work in conjunction with our Hospital Manager to/n
support the veterinarian team /n Job Summary In addition to
the/nresponsibilities outlined below, the MDVM is an invaluable
member of the/nhospital team who works directly with the Hospital
Manager and supporting/nmedical staff. This individual advances the
quality of medicine in the practice/nand provides exceptional
client service to our clients and patients. Job Responsibilities /n
- Builds/n rapport with clients by gathering information and
listening to, and/n empathizing with their concerns /n - Performs/n
physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental
procedures/n that deliver the highest quality care while minimizing
patient stress and/n discomfort. /n - Communicates/n with clients
on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive/n
health care, and nutritional needs. /n - Maintains/n client/patient
medical/surgical records and makes certain all necessary/n logs are
kept up-to-date through established protocols. /n - Stays/n current
on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine. /n -
Assists/n in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure
delivery of the/n highest quality care and exceptional client
service. /n - Presents/n a positive image of the hospital in the
professional community and to the/n general public. /n Skills and
Basic/nQualifications /n - A/n Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
or related degree from an accredited/n university. /n - Licensure/n
in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to
be/n employed. /n - Commitment/n to practicing the highest standard
of medicine and upholding veterinary/n code of ethics. /n -
Demonstrates/n excellent verbal and written communication skills.
/n - Works/n collaboratively with hospital team members. /n -
Makes/n decisions confidently and effectively. /n - Manages/n time
and tasks appropriately. /n - Models/n a professional and courteous
manner with staff and clients. /n - Commitment/n to ongoing
educational development and growth /n Competitive annual
base/nsalary for fulltime: $120-150,000 plus production based on
experience as well as quarterly and annually leadership bonus
