Job Description Job Description Our friendly and growing dental office is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant or Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our team! Position Details • Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Based on Availability) • Schedule: Morning availability required • Pay: • Dental Assistant: Starting at $16/hour, increases based on experience • EDDA: Up to $30/hour, based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities • Assist the dentist during procedures • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments • Take digital X-rays and impressions (as applicable) • Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care • Maintain accurate patient records • Support front and back office operations as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Qualifications • Dental Assistant certification required • EDDA certification required for EDDA applicants • X-ray certification (preferred/required per state guidelines) • Previous dental experience preferred • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Reliable, punctual, and professional • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
