Intake Coordinator Responsibilities: Building patient charts in the EMR Entering med lists Verifying insurance Mapping patient visits Scheduling new patient appointments Communicating with patients and those involved with the patients care about the practice Following up with referral source Tracking new patients and referrals Intake Coordinator Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting Experience in healthcare preferred Why Bloom? 100% covered employee Health, Dental and Vision insurance 401K Employer paid Basic Life and AD&D policies 2 weeks PTO & 7 paid holidays Bloom Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
