Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 4 hours, days, nights, flexible - Employment Type: Local Contract Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic | New Grads Welcome Location: Laramie, Wyoming Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule Options: • Monday–Friday • Choose between 3x12s or 4x10s based on therapist preference Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary • $2,500/year continuing education allowance • Full benefits package • Paid holidays PTO • Mentorship & professional growth programs • No double-booking requirements • Strong work-life balance Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and related conditions • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Collaborate with physicians and therapy team • Maintain compliant documentation and billing • Educate patients and community on therapy services • Support clinic growth and mentorship initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy • Wyoming PT license (or eligibility) • BLS certification • Strong interpersonal and patient-centered care skills • Wound care experience (preferred, not required) Full Time & Part Time Flexibility About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
