Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Every third weekend required; One
major winter holiday; Self-scheduling model Highlights: 21-bed
Intensive Care Unit at a Magnet-designated community hospital 2:1
ICU nurse-to-patient ratio standard; adjusts to 3:1 for step-down
or 1:1 for high-acuity cases Intensivist coverage 24/7 for
collaborative critical care support EMR: Meditech; Equipment
includes Hospira IV pumps and ventilator systems Patient population
includes elective procedures, sepsis, arrhythmias, and
medical/surgical critical care May float to Telemetry and other
facilities within the health system Requirements: Active RN license
in Colorado or compact state eligibility Critical care experience
with vasopressor IV drip titration and ventilator management
Experience caring for patients with sepsis, arrhythmias, and
medical/surgical critical conditions Preferred: Cardiac experience
and CRRT proficiency Team-oriented mindset with strong
