Positioned within Colorado's most comprehensive healthcare network, you will work alongside a dedicated team focused on providing high-quality care in an environment dedicated to patient wellness and progressive medical services. As a part of UCHealth, you will contribute to treating a diverse patient population in outpatient settings across multiple locations, ensuring optimal care under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians. Assisting in the examination and observation of patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. Administering prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Observing patients and recording significant conditions and reactions to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents. Preparing equipment and aiding physician during treatments and examinations of patients. Maintaining awareness of comfort and safety needs of patients. Initiating a patient education plan according to the individualized needs of the patient. Proficient in performing routine nursing procedures (e.g., taking blood pressure, administering injections) Ability to maintain accurate patient records and document care provided Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid LPN License applicable in the state of Colorado CPR certified or the ability to obtain certification upon employment
