Coordinator for our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This pivotal
role involves overseeing the daily operations of the PACU
department, ensuring optimal patient care, and adhering to safety
standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of
skilled healthcare professionals to facilitate effective patient
recovery, manage staffing needs, and enforce compliance with
healthcare regulations. This role is perfect for a passionate

experienced professionals. Manage patient care and recovery in the
PACU department. Coordinate and schedule staff shifts and
rotations. Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality
improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws,
policies, and procedures. Provide guidance, training, and support
to nursing staff. Conduct performance evaluations and manage
departmental staffing issues. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to optimize patient care. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in clinical skills with an emphasis on patient
recovery Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress
environment Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
