Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Administer medications, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide immediate care and stabilize patients, managing both chronic conditions and acute medical emergencies. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Participate in the development and implementation of nursing best practices. Strong clinical skills in a high-pressure environment Ability to make quick and accurate assessments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license valid in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification ACLS certification preferred
