Job Description:

position offers the opportunity to work across multiple hospitals
and outpatient facilities, playing a crucial role in providing
top-notch medical care during on-call periods. As part of our
nonprofit system, you will contribute to patient-centered care,
maintaining our standard of excellence in a supportive and
forward-thinking environment. Provide high quality patient care in
response to on-call needs covering a variety of medical situations.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare
teams to ensure thorough, compassionate, and efficient care.
Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and update
patient records accurately. Stay informed regarding best practices
and innovations in nursing and patient care. Maintain readiness to
respond swiftly to emergent patient needs. Strong clinical skills
in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure
situations Proficiency in using medical software for patient
records Capability to work flexible hours including nights,
weekends, and holidays Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of
Colorado BLS/ACLS certification required
