Job Description:

compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Progressive Care
Unit (PCU). This role offers the unique opportunity to join a team
committed to delivering top-tier healthcare, focusing on
patient-centered practices and innovation in the treatment of
complex conditions. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily
operations in the PCU, supervise clinical staff, ensure adherence
to healthcare regulations and standards, and maintain a high level
of patient care. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between
management and clinical staff, ensuring effective communication and
streamlined operations within the unit. Supervise nursing staff and
oversee the daily operations of the Progressive Care Unit. Plan and
evaluate patient care and adjust strategies as necessary. Ensure
compliance with healthcare laws, policies, and standards.
Facilitate communication between healthcare team members, patients,
and families. Coordinate training and professional development
opportunities for staff. Contribute to budgeting and clinical
resource management. Advocate for patients and staff to provide
optimal care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical
systems and electronic health records Ability to handle high-stress
situations In-depth knowledge of patient care and safety
regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of
Colorado. BLS certified ACLS certified PCCN certification preferred
but not required
