In this role, you will provide vital respiratory care services to our diverse patient population, focusing on assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders. Our Respiratory Department offers a collaborative environment with access to state-of-the-art medical technology, making it an ideal place to advance your skills while contributing to the well-being of our patients. Evaluate and treat patients with respiratory insufficiencies and abnormalities. Administer and manage oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory treatments. Collaborate with healthcare teams to devise effective treatment plans. Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatments as needed. Participate in educational programs for patients and families on managing respiratory conditions. Proficient in using respiratory care equipment and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. High capability in patient assessment and critical thinking. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Valid state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
