Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist Acute Services The hiring
range: Bachelor's Level = $24.04 - $33.66 per hour Master's Level
Unlicensed = $27.89 - $39.05 per hour Master's Level Licensed =
$31.75 - $44.42 per hour All levels based on relevant years of
experience Location: Larimer County , Colorado at our Longview
campus Status: Full time, 40 hours per week Hours:
Wednesday-Saturday 2PM-12:30AM Wednesdays 10AM-2PM and
Thursday-Saturday 7AM-7:30PM Plus day shifts for new unit in 2026
Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential.
Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights,
weekends and holidays. The salary range for this position is
SummitStone’s good faith belief and reasonable estimate of the

services to the community that it serves. Role Overview:
Responsible for providing assessment, crisis intervention,
individual, family, and group therapy as well as case management.
Develop and monitor service plans, treatment progress, document
interactions and maintain clinical records and other reporting data
for clients with mild to severe mental illness, disorders, and/or
disabilities and substance use disorders. Coordinate with internal
as well as external supportive services to deliver services to
client. Collaborate with medical providers, nurses, behavioral
health technicians, case managers, peer specialists and
psychiatrists regarding treatment. The role will work with and
advocate for diverse and often marginalized populations daily to
provide interventions, support, and resources, and to ensure that
the appropriate services are offered in an inclusive and equitable
manner. Essential Duties: Facilitation of a Substance Use Disorder
Intensive Outpatient Program level of care. Direct client care
includes care coordination, behavioral health related screenings
and assessments, individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case
management, and related clinical services. Serves as a clinical
resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers,
medical providers and collaterals. Knowledge of professional
policies and procedures. Collaborate with other staff in providing,
planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical
services, including collaborating with Clinical Managers and
Program Supervisors. Performs behavioral health screenings and
assessments within the medical clinic setting, to include review of
treatment options and referral information. Provides on-going care
coordination within SummitStone, community agencies and resources.
Provides crisis intervention to include crisis assessment and
de-escalation. Provides on-site collaboration with medical
providers to provide behavioral health assessments for those
clients identified with behavioral health needs. Clinical
documentation. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in the
Human Services field from an accredited College or University
required More than two years of experience in the mental health
field and program application required Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days
of hire and a clean driving record CPR and First Aid certifications
may be required for certain locations Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in the Human Services field from an accredited
College or University preferred Experience in coordinating mental
health intervention plans and services with other agencies
preferred CAT/CAS certification highly desired Current Colorado
professional license in appropriate discipline (LCSW, LPC, LAC, or
LMFT) preferred Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred SummitStone will
