Requirements Board-Certified in Neurological Surgery Active
Colorado Medical License or IMLC Letter of Qualification Proven
expertise in trauma, spine, and neuro-critical care procedures
Experience with Level I trauma center cases Active DEA, ACLS, and
BLS certifications preferred Self-Query NPDB report within 30 days
