UCHealth Greeley Medical Clinic Float Pool Work Schedule: Full Time, 56.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option The RN Medical Office - Float Pool delivers high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across multiple specialty clinics, including Neurology, PMR, Neurovascular, Brain and Spine, and Pain Management. This dynamic role supports provider teams by ensuring clinical excellence, continuity of care, and an exceptional patient experience. The RN will float between designated clinic locations in Greeley, Fort Collins (Harmony and Timberline), and Loveland based on operational needs. This position is ideal for a flexible, adaptable nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient environment. Neurology/PMR - 6767 W. 29th St., 3rd Floor, Greeley, CO 3rd Floor, Greeley, CO Neurology/PMR - 2315 E. Neurology/PMR/Neurovascular - 2500 Rocky Mountain Ave., Provide professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and scope of practice. Support specialty providers with procedures, injections, care coordination, and patient education. Manage patient communications, including phone triage, medication refills, and follow-up care coordination. Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Adapt quickly to varying clinic workflows, provider preferences, and patient populations. Uphold infection prevention, safety, and quality improvement standards. Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant certification as determined at position level.
