Acute Care to join our team. This role focuses on providing
top-notch physical therapy services in a fast-paced hospital
setting, aiming to improve patient outcomes during critical health
episodes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing and
executing personalized rehabilitation plans, adept in acute care
protocols, and passionate about advancing patient health through
innovative therapy methods. Evaluate patient conditions and
establish treatment goals Implement personalized rehabilitation
programs tailored to individual patient needs Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment Educate patients
and family members on treatment plans and home exercises Document
patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Stay updated
with the latest physical therapy techniques and acute care
strategies Proficiency in various physical therapy techniques and
equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Capacity to
handle a high caseload efficiently Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical
Therapy license in the state of Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification Certified Clinical Specialist in Acute Care Physical
Therapy (optional but preferred)
