story and more CSR Position Summary The Customer Service
Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing superior customer
service to customers throughout the repair process. S/he supports
the organizations sales and customer communication processes and
helps to manage the body shop's volume of work-in-process (WIP).
S/he are expected to manage customer payments and maintain accounts
receivable collection balances in line with company standards. S/he
provides general administrative support to the General Manager and
Customer Service Manager positions. S/he is responsible for
nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment
that aligns with the mission and values of the organization. CSR
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities Handle customer
concerns in the following areas but not limited to the list below:
Warranty Claims Mechanical Issues outside of Warranty 30 Day Repair
Orders We Owe Issues Equipment/Parts Issues Provide excellent
customer service for new and existing customers. Field in-house
warranty calls Approve warranty claims based on guidelines Document
warranty claims on each customer account Complete warranty
paperwork on each claim Communicate with shops completing warranty
repairs Ensure shop collects deductible before proceeding with the
repairs Weekly follow-up with customers: Vehicle Issues, Title
Issues, Paperwork Questions, Company Review, Collection
Congratulations/Thank you' s, and Warranty Claims/Extended Warranty
Communicate with involved entities on a consistent basis: Sales
Manager Bank Manager When necessary: Warranty Company Truck City
Outside Shops/Vendors Counties Title Clerks at central office
Schedule Rentals for customers, and payment plan if the dealership
will cover the cost. (Must include a Purchase Order to go forward
with our payment). Receive payments from customers walk-in
customers. Collect CPAY payments. Maintain referral process.
Complete accounting tasks when available. Consistently follows
companies sales process by gathering customer information and
providing basic information about company services. Monitors work
volume scheduled for the center and when a schedule is full,
submits load Maintains a broad knowledge base of insurance partner
requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level
processes. Is an active and prepared participant in morning board
meetings and admin meetings. Follows up on all assigned action
items, including sublet appointments. Assists in problem-solving if
a customer cannot pick up the vehicle when completed. Assists in
carrying out ABRA's process on customer communication throughout
the repair processes. Ensures that all customers understand the CSI
survey process. Works with centralized accounting on AP & AR
processing. Maintains his/her workspace in an organized manner, as
well as monitoring the reception area/restrooms to ensure they
remain neat and clean. CSR Education High school degree or
equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree preferred. CSR
Experience A minimum of 2 years of related customer service
experience, preferably in a retail setting. 2 years Body Shop CSR
or equivalent experience preferred. 6-months prior experience
receiving, collecting, processing payments. CSR Supervisory
Expectations: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Work
Hours Regular work hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Employee hours
vary and are dependent on business needs. The position is 40 hours
per week, Monday through Friday. Benefits --- If hired to a
full-time position, the company provides vacation time, sick time,

vision, pet insurance, and company discounts. Wages --- Hourly,
Non-Exempt: $18.00 --- $25.00 DOE PM21 Benefits --- If hired to a
full-time position , the company provides vacation time, sick time,
paid holidays, 401(k) employer paid life insurance, health, dental,
vision, pet insurance, and company discounts. If hired for a
part-time position the company provides paid sick time and company
