Job Description:
Talent Acquisition Coordinator We are looking for a Talent
Acquisition Coordinator to support all areas of our corporate
recruiting and onboarding processes. This role is the gateway to
ensure the highest level of candidate and manger care. The Talent
Acquisition Coordinator is essential to our recruiting team by
delivering administrative and customer service support.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and
candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle. Assist with
execution of offer and pre-hire paperwork to ensure all new hire
requirements are delivered to candidates and completed in a timely
manner. Assist with weekly new hire orientation preparation and
delivery. Enter new hire information into internal forms for
onboarding. Ownership of tracking all new hires through onboarding
process to include background checks, drug screens, vaccination
records, offer letters, and more. Collaborate with recruiters and
assist with CRM management. Assist with arranging candidate
interviews and ensure confirmations and instructions are sent to
all parties. Assist with process improvement and efficiency
initiatives by sharing ideas and taking ownership of improvement
projects. Share responsibility for improving the overall Recruiting
function by increasing knowledge, taking on new responsibilities,
and suggesting new and improved methodology. Other duties as
assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, Ag
Business, Psychology or related field preferred 1+ years
recruiting/HR or administrative experience preferred Ability to
handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook Internal JBS or
Pilgrim's knowledge a plus Experience working with individuals in
multiple time zones preferred Clear, effective interpersonal and
communication skills Approachable, adaptable, and self-motivated
Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multi-task Strong time
management and organizational skill SAP and ATS (JobVite)
experience a plus The applicant who fills this position will be
eligible for the following compensation and benefits: Benefits:
Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of
employment; Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company
observed holidays; 401(k): company match begins after the first
year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Base pay
range of $20-22/hr; and Incentive Pay: This position is eligible
for a retention bonus; For individuals assigned and/or hired to
work in Colorado, JBS and Pilgrim's is required by law to include a
reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. This
compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes
into account various factors that are considered in making
compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate's
relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and
proficiencies for the role. The Company is dedicated to ensuring a
