JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Title: HR Coordinator Department: Human
ResourcesLocation: Greeley, CO Value Added PlantSalary Class:
Salary Non-Exempt Purpose & Scope: Our Company is in search of an
experiencedHR Coordinator who will be responsible forapplying
business knowledge,human resources practicesanddata driven
expertise. He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR
support and advice. The successful candidate will play a key role
inthe success of the plantby maintaining personnel files,
reporting, and supporting leadershipand hourly employees onHR
related matters.Principle Responsibilities: Performs tasks such as
setting up files on all new personnel in SAP & KronosPhotographing
for badges & using Ccure badging system to turn on accessRecording
changes on all employee status changes as necessary (e.g., change
of address, departmental transfers, rate increases, job changes,
terminations, etc.).Maintains postings and distributes, as
appropriate, current employee information, policy and procedure
manuals, and other communications.Maintain the applicant tracking
system for hourly open positions in JobvitePerform candidate
screens, schedule interviews, interview candidates & disposition
applications
take thorough notes & conduct interviews fairly Ensure all
screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with
employment laws and regulationsImmigration functions include
verifying employment documents, understanding different citizen
categories, filling out I9s & updating employment for status
#4Perform background checks & run E-verifyAssist in onboarding new
hires with policies & classroom trainingInput all union data into
the computer/send reports as instructedManage all human resource
and employee records in a confidential manner and adhere to all
company standards as outlined in the JBS HR Audit.Send an array of
weekly reports to the Union and ManagementSend & manage attendance
reports, hiring reports, and trainings when neededFiling, answering
phones and assisting employeesAct as a translator for employees
when problems in language ariseOther duties

skillsDetailed oriented and high level of accuracyOrganized and

Requirements:Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalency
requiredExperience: 2-3 years of experience in positions of
increasing responsibility within Human Resources; manufacturing
industry preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredWorking
Conditions: General office environment but prepared to go onto the
production floor for HR reasonsProduction and maintenance
settingsSchedule M-F and Saturday when needed. Overtime
eligible.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for
the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical,

the company vesting schedule; Base salary range of $22-$24The
