Will be handling confidential materialBilingual preferred but not requiredMust be proficient in all Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ect.Hours:8:00am to 5:00pm, flexible as requiredSaturday/Sunday hours as neededResponsibilities:Enters new hires in Human ResourcesEnsure proper copies of documents are in placePerform various duties as needed to ensure efficiencyHandles insurance issues with vendors and employeesProcesses and requests sick payResponds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concernsGeneral office procedures including handling phone calls, filingThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid time off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): eligible after 1stday of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting scheduleBase pay range $22.75/hrThe company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
