21st Century Equipment is accepting applications for Remote Field Service Technicians located at any 21st Century Equipment location. - This position will perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned agriculture equipment in the field. -Preferred applicants will have 5+ years experience performing service repairs and the ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes. - Must have proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture equipment and be able to work independently in a remote environment with strong customer service skills. - -Benefits include Health & Dental/Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Traditional & Roth 401k with Company Match, Profit Sharing, Paid Vacation & Holidays, and more. - -Extended periods of standing, climbing bending, must be able to lift 75lbs regularly, extensive hours on a computer. May be exposed to extreme weather conditions from extreme heat to winter blizzard conditions. - -Salary range based on experience $38-$45/hr. - -EOE. - - -21st Century Equipment, LLCJOB DESCRIPTION -JOB TITLE: - Remote Field Service Technician - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - REPORTS TO: - -Service Manager -WORKS CLOSELY WITH: - Service Manager / Service Coordinators / Territory Aftermarket Manager - -JOB SUMMARY: - -Perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned agriculture equipment in the field. - The primary product of the Service Department is billable time, so an individual must possess good interpersonal skills, be able to interact with customers and be capable of providing detailed repair information on a timely basis.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• This is a remote position operating primarily outside of the dealership
• Repair and/or recondition agriculture equipment.
• Operate special tools and equipment in a safe and orderly manner.
• Participate in Service Educate Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge with a path to achieve Level 3 certification.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and performs work in the same fashion
• Always properly maintains and cleans a company provided service vehicle
• This role requires after-hours and on-call support for customers -EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -
  • 5+ years of experience in performing service repairs (Preferred)
  • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
  • Valid driver's license is required. -SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
