Key Responsibilities Handle employment litigation matters from inception to resolution. Draft and respond to pleadings. Manage written and electronic discovery. Take and defend depositions. Draft and argue motions. Participate in mediations and settlement discussions. Advise clients on day-to-day employment law issues. Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and training materials. Qualifications 3 years of employment litigation experience. Strong writing, analytical, and research skills. Demonstrated understanding of employment laws. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to excellence and a strong drive to succeed. Collaborative mindset with empathy for team members. Colorado Bar admission required. JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
