POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT: Outreach CoordinatorPosition Description:Northeastern Junior College is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Outreach Coordinator. This position is primarily a recruitment marketing position for the college. The main responsibility of this position is to assist in the recruitment of new students in an effort to increase college full-time equivalent (FTE) enrollment. This is done through effective promotion of Northeastern's programs, facilities and the overall Northeastern college experience to prospective students. Some travel will be required. This position has primary responsibility to assist the Director of Admission in all aspects of coordinating admissions recruitment and office functions. Annual salary range for this position is $35,750 to $40,000 commensurate with education and experience. The community of approximately 13,000 residents enjoys easy access to Denver, the Rocky Mountains and the western-agricultural lifestyle. Northeastern Junior College enrolls approximately 1,500 full and part-time students through a wide variety of majors in associate degree and certificate programs. Approximately 65-70% of our students indicated they plan to transfer on to complete a four-year degree while the other 30-35% of our students pursue careers after completing an AAS degree or certificate program. As a residential campus with six residence halls accommodating 550 students, the college attracts students from throughout Colorado, many states and several foreign countries.
