Job Description:

General Duties and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates a 100% commitment to safety at all times.Strictly follows all Water Solutions safety requirements:Attends all safety meetings and training.Identifies and implements facility maintenance to mitigate process safety events.Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Required PPE includes, at a minimum, a hard hat, H2S monitor, steel-toed shoes, fire retardant (FR) shirt and pants.Recognizes, corrects, and reports any unsafe acts or conditions and/or stops work.Performs off-loading of multiple trucks.Proactively offers help and assistance to drivers, displaying strong customer service.Gathers, organizes and inputs data into the ticketing system.Proactively identifies oil sales opportunities. Prepares oil on location and processes oil to ensure the product meets BS&W requirements.Follows all Water Solutions procedures, being mindful to complete each step of a process.Completes routine scheduled tasks such as data collection, inspections, and checklists.Identifies, communicates, and reports issues or potential problems (for example, equipment glitches) to supervisor.Performs cleaning and housekeeping tasks to ensure a high standard of facility upkeep and a professional, welcoming environment.Performs basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on operating equipment.Adheres to all Company and Water Solutions policies.Complies with all governing agency rules, regulations and laws.Learns, and applies understanding of, operational nuances across assigned facilities.Provides proactive daily communication (verbal and written) to Manager of Field Operations.Travels to multiple sites to supplement staffing levels.Coordinates with Command Center to ensure oils sales are executed in an efficient and timely manner.Participates as part of a team to identify, design, and implement training programs and competency development for facility operators.Delivers training and competency development programs to facility operators, including hands-on, practical instruction.Works on special projects as assigned.Recognizes ideas, strategies, procedures, and tools to improve safety, operational efficiency, and profitability of facilities, and shares recommendations with management.Regular attendance and punctuality are required.Other duties as assigned.Position Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesCommitment to working safely at all times.Comprehensive knowledge of salt water disposal (SWD) operations.Ability to assess and adapt to variations in facility operations.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and knowledge of how to diagnose, repair, and maintain facility equipment.Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.Exceptional presentation skills, with ability to convey complex concepts to a non-technical audience and give hands-on technical demonstrations.Strong drive to cultivate leadership skills, share knowledge, and contribute to operational improvement.Ability to be a team player and collaborate with team members across Water Solutions.Ability to understand and follow the steps of a process.Strong customer service skills.Organizational skills.Ability to enter data into a computer system, in an accurate and timely manner.Ability to maintain stability under pressure, and be flexible and willing to modify plans and when necessary.Ability to transfer locations as required by business needs.Ability to work overtime as necessary.Dependability, with a stable work history.Punctual, trustworthy and reliable.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers.Experience/Education:High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience is required.At least 1 year of experience working at an NGL Water Solutions salt water disposal (SWD), or at least 3 years of experience working in the midstream sector.A background in equipment repair and maintenance is preferred.Experience delivering training programs is a plus.Travel:Ability to travel to Water Solutions facilities across the basin, as assigned.Compensation RangeHourly: $21.00 - $21.00
