Senior Key Account Executive
Fed BeefPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive for our Fed Beef Inside Sales team, located in our Greeley, CO headquarters. The ideal candidate will be career driven, team oriented, detail oriented and have the ability to grow themselves and JBS strategic accounts in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Manage sales, inventories, and forward positions of assigned commodities to minimize risk and maximize profitability. Collaborate with field sales team to grow JBS Strategic AccountsUnderstanding of beef cuts on how yields impact the customer s bottom line.Work with margin management to negotiate contract pricing, spot sales pricing, and maintain customer relationships through solutions-driven selling techniques. Deep understanding of beef markets, seasonal trends, supply and demand, with the ability to leverage this information to motivate customers to make decisions.Maintain and develop sales opportunities while adhering to credit, quality, and cash risk limits; monitor domestic and international markets as well as negotiate prices, specifications, and delivery details. Identify growth opportunities through the leverage of existing assets and the identification of new opportunities in the related target markets. Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, production facilities, scheduling, procurement, program management, and leadership to promote long-term growth.Ability to track and present current and historical performance data along with strategic vision in front of JBS Upper-Level Management and Customer s Senior LeadershipMonitor and manage service expectations to meet customers
needs and demands by collaborating with supply chain and customer service.Develop long-term strategic plans to ensure growth and profitability. Use and understand data analytics. Relay findings to customers and internal team members.Occasional travel will be required.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:BA/BS degree preferred in Agricultural Business, Animal Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.Excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to work in a corporate team office environment.Strong knowledge of agricultural supply systems and exporting / importing / logistics for perishable commodities.Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Base salary range of $120,000 - $135,000; andIncentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
